THE ICE TOOK ME OUT! i was walking outside to my car to go get something to eat. One of my feet slipped and the other one stuck andim a fat guy, all i heard was a loud, SNAP! Instant pain, Broke my ankle they told me i need acast, have a split on now, went to my followup and now i find out they gotta so sergery on my fuckin ankle, there gonna run 2 titanium plats on either side of the bone and screw them in. After im healed them titanium playes are commin out and imma drag w/ um!

Damn dude sorry to hear that. But glad to see your able to find some humor in the situation. I am in NC so we are just sitting back and waiting to see with what we get hit with in the AM and all day tomorrow. But just be careful when your dragging that titanium b/c everyone knows it doesn't last long.

sucks dude.i just got outta a bad wreck, broke my femur and it exploded through my leg and gotta permanent titanium rod in it as well as my neck with some dead folks vertebraes and some lego block looking thing.
just wait, the days when its cold it sucks ass having metal in your body it hurts.

had all my shit taken out a couple years ago and DAMN sure glad too. even in Florida cold that shit hurts. I busted my femur playing baseball when I was in 7th grade. Sent the knob of the bone (think a cartoon bone) straight down into my knee, took ALL of my cartilage with it, and locking up my knee. couldn't move it period. Now I got a 13 inch scar along side a 4 incher. Not a pretty leg, but it works a little.

Good luck man, just stay off of it at all cost. That shit aint fun once your "healed" and something happens cuz you felt like being a tough guy and walking on it early.

dude, that sucks, hope you're back on your feet soon. I broke my arm playing football in high school, i got stainless steel plates and screws in both bones (they were'nt using titanium yet, this was 15 years ago). the only thing that sucks for me is the plate still sticks out a little, and sometimes i'm not paying attention and my arm swings and hits something metal (swingset, porch railing, keg, etc.) and it vibrates my bones. Think 2 guys swinging metal poles together, you know how it vibrates? It hurts like a mofo when one of those poles is attached to your bones.
