anywhere else we should go? maybe white rock? or just switch between langley and abby?

White rock is a little far for us abbystan people,especially at the gas prices.But between langley and abbotsford is a good idea.The 28th is this saturday right?

Driving from White rock to abby for me is the same distance as driving from abby to white rock!!! Lucky for me my engine is half the size of yours.

I was thinking maybe we should do next Saturday, that way if anyone insures there ride for Poppy show maybe they can bring it Saturday as well!!! Anyone?

i hate to do this to yalls thread but im interested in moving to canada some where near if not in vancouver b.c. just wondering how the area is job wise and home price wise also if its near ay of you guys since i dont wana be a lonely minitrucker

Most everyone that has posted on here is in the Greater Vancouver Area, within 45 minutes of Vancouver City. There are tons of jobs around here right now, Lots in construction, and the transportation industry. House pricing is getting crazy, especially in Vancouver, average price around here for a 3 bedroom house on a regular lot, is probably $350,000-$450,000.

There isnt a lot of minitruckers around here, just a handful of us.

Next Saturday is fine with me,gives me time to bag the front of my chevy.And dragn168 the jobs are everywhere now,we have the lowest unemployment rate at the moment.And depends what part of the lower mainland you want to move to.Chilliwack is about an hour from Vancouver and is generally cheaper to buy a nice size house and lot there.Abbotsford is about 45 min from Vancouver and 2 mins to the border.A lttle more expensive than Chilliwack though.And anywhere past Abbotsford towards Vancouver the prices go up and house/lot size goes down.But in Chilliwack you can get a decent house/lot for around 300,000.If you do plan to head up north give me ring,I'll help you out with the house hunting.

Anyone know of anyone around here looking for a 92 toyota extra cab?
