question on lugnut covers

i have a standard 8 lug 88 chevy dually. how do i or where do i get chrome spike lugnut covers for my truck. i called somewhere and some one said you have to have a 33mm lugnut. is that right or what. or do you have to convert to the 10

I would also like to know this. I'm too poor for the semi conversion, so somebody has to make covers for the stockers.

them chrome spike lug nut covers look so sweet. cant wait to get them just need to know how.

dont know of anyone that makes them for regular wheels..
