ive heard of people redrilling their hubs is there any way to do this to a toy bolt pattern or should i just just do the toyota front clip and rear end?!

Yup. I'm assuming you want to convert to 5-lug(obviously!). There are several ways to go about it, and which way is really a matter of preference. You can have the nissan hubs redrilled or you can have your spindles machined. You can also swap out the parts and use a toyota bearing seal, but I've read that this isn't the best way to do it. As for the rear, you can either swap out the rear end for a toyota one, the earlier ones are narrower(which will involve 4-linking and having the driveshaft fitted with a toyota yolk and lengthened). Or you can have the axles redrilled to 5 -lug, you won't get the clearance benefits of a narrower rear but it may be the easiest method,depending on your situation and such. And for further reference, hit up Mike from NC(can't remember his name) and John aka LaynRockers. They both do redrilling and maching and can help out.
