Here in Australia we don't have a heap of "minitruck" shows to attend so we attend other shows like hot rod show or 'ute' shows...

Personaly I believe in vehicles being shown as they develop... however I would not
show all of them...

I think some Under construction rides are very cool... like for example a friend of mine has a duel cab Rodeo (Fronter in your world)suicide doors but avaerage paint, another mazda has a full tube chassis rear clip and lays completely flat but the body and paint on it is awful...

But then there is always a standard I would like my club to be represented at... Tell me how we could define this do you think? Where's the line? nice paint? wheels...

Do other clubs make there members wait to a certine stage of development or encorage them to show at all stages - and if there not minitrucks shows is that fair to the other forms of enthusists

I always tell the members of my club that its
your ride & how you show it is your choice. But remember that when you have a club logo on your ride then you represent not only you, but the club as a whole. Ive been showing my ride in the underconstruction class for awhile now & I think its a harder class to compete in...so many crazy things out there that you never now what will be at shows!! Everybody in my club always wants their rides to look good & represent the club
as best as they can & thats what makes shows fun to me. Not only to you get to see sic ass rides & all stages, but being with your friends while doing it.

Here in the us pretty much any Truck show you go to has some nice rides and then you have alot of not so nice rides. Then you have the under construction truck and cars. Some are cool some look like they are one show from the scrapyard. I usually walk around and look at as much as I can. Sometimes I wonder why some stuff is there. everyone starts somewhere

I like them all. And, I would be proud to be seen in any of them. You can see the work that has gone into each of them. My truck has been "unfinished" for a long time but I still drive it to shows and around town. None of my friends' rides are finished either but, we still go to shows and hang out. That's what it's all about to me...

Might as well show what you got! Thats what im gonna do. I am gonna make up a poster of what i want to do so people can kinda know what to expect to come. But i am not a fan of those people who show there geo with stock 13's front bodykit from another vehicle fitted on it, and a paint job with rattle cans that cost 1$ a can. I assume if you have something to show then show it. But keep in mind who your repping too. I was gonna show my truck how it looks now with a shop sticker on it from the guys who did the suspension but felt bad reppin there shop w/ my truck looken ugly. So it's just kinda a respect thing i guess.
