i dont know where to start by boy keeps telling me i can go to certin steel yards and give them the measurements i need ans they can bend the steel for me as needed.but i cant find any one that will .

You can have one bent, but people with big benders like that are not around everywhere. A welded one with 2x4.25 is fine. What do you plan to accomplish, and start measuring everything off your current frame and go modify it to what you hope to accomplish.

i didnt ask who to hire to do it . i asked for some advice on where to start if i think it was going to unsafe then i would hire someone to do it. im lookin for help if you want to help any sugestions will be great

i would do like what phil said. your going to know what size steel tubing your gonna need, just string all your measurements off the stock frame and build your new one according to that with the modifications you plan on doing. your going to have to take into consideration the wheel size, stock frame depth, new frame depth, in order to get the sfbd correct. i would also get yourself like a marker board and draw diagrams for each segment of your frame so you can show your dimensions per segment and compare them with everything else before you start cutting up your steel. are you going to use the front clip...if so, i would start there.
