would a 12 gallon tank be better than 2- 3 gallon tank

im fixing two buy new tanks and i was needing to no witch tank would be better for 2 air zenith compressor's on a 86 chevy c-10 fullsize. would a 12 gallon hold more air after hitting the switchs a couple of times,or would 2-3gallon tanks be better,and would there be a diffrince on how long the compressor's run..thanks for the help

Simple math bro... 2-3 gallon tanks = 6 gallons of air = 1/2 of a 12 gallon tank, which means 1/2 the air, and double the fill time.

Go with 2 5 gallons bro.. I think that would be the better setup and faster fill times
