feel kinda mislead by fbimini's website

My first order with them was a phone order. So I cant really relate, but it was immediate. I can understand why it wouldnt be online. Theres a lot of scammers out there.

From personal experience I would be a little cautious about ordering the combo skins from them. I havent had the chance to talk to them about it yet though. Seeing how I just received the skin Friday night.

well i dono bought anyone else but i always had good luck with f.b.i they are always fast with your parts and if they make a mistake they always hit me back in the good so.it just sounds to me like you shoulda been more on the ball with getting your order in i mean last minute shoping on the net never realy works out.and like i say f.b.i has been good to me and the membership has saved me some money so..i cant complain..

ive always had good luck with aim and fbi till now... this is the first time ive had a problem anyways. for anybody whom has ordered off the net knows they call and confirm the shipping and the visa # with the phone # given anyways so its not like they couldnt have a system to approve you to place an order and confirm it on tuesday when they got in.

also as stated prior in the orginal post none of the visas were clear for this type of purchase, now if i wanted gas and food it was cool. but 3 skins and leds plus a few other small things possibly it gets to be expensive with shipping even with buy one get one free. as to the people saying call they call to confirm ill talk to them then. as for anything else ive emailed them.. both sales, phil and dan...

I really dont understnad what there is to approve.. But then again i really dont understand why you would pay money to get a discount on a few things.. Sounds like you really dont save anything..

This is one of the reasons I will not do internet sales. There is always someone who will complain about someone not being in front of the computer at 1:30am but if you call me at that time and I don't answer there isn't a person out there who would complain.

I would say you are in the wrong here man, you simply should not have waited until the last second to order. And you really should not have posted ANYTHING about this until you talked to someone at FBI. Call them tomorrow I'm sure they will take care of you as long as they arent pissed about this post. i dont know if it just hasnt been updated but the 2 for 1 sales are still listed on the site. ive personally had no problem with fbi either.

I dunno, I've never had anyone call me to confirm an order before.

im not trying to be a dick, but youll probably take this the wrong way as you have the whole post.

a) this was for others knowledge that you have to wait for more than a moment as described on the site.

b) IM NOT SAYING SOMBODY SHOULD BE AT A COMP 24-7 FOR ANY COMPANY

c)how many times do i have to say the visas werent clear for this large of a purchase at the begining of the month.

d) if they get pissy about this post, then at that point by me clarifying something for other users. then im in need of a 100 dollar refund of my membership and ill take my money else where...

e) this didnt start out as a complaint but more a refrence for others who have questions about the fbi mini membership as you all in the past have had questions...

f) whos to say what we should or shouldnt post its a free country.
