how can i get tubing for a watts link thread on the inside for the heims

A lathe and a tap, or take it to a machine shop.

take it to a machine shop. that is the easiest way to go

a tap, a lathe, a tap and lathe, a lathe and thread cutter, etc... If you do it yourself be sure to use plenty of tap magic. A lot of people don't realize how much better your threads turn out with good lubrication

you can also get the weld in bungs that are already threaded.
