hey i just have a easy mazda bodydrop question..i just picked up a mazdog for...is everyone sitting down?... 200 bucks that had already been 4 linked and i happend to have a bag setup laying around so im getting ready to bodydrop it.. here is my question.. with my s10 i wanted to run at least 19s so i knew i had to tub the firewall but with this mazda all i ever care to run on it is 15 inch pathfinders because i am not putting any money in this thing the way i see it i will have a 200 dollar bagged and body dropped mini all i need to do is buy some wheels for it.. and the pathfinders will do me fine for draggin all over this town in a daily dragger and not have to take out the sdime to drag.. so do i have to tub the firewall to lay out and roll a set of pathfinders with 195/50/15s on a bodydropped mazda.. its an 87 mazda by the way when they still looked cool see ya..

depends on how far its body droped and if the body drop is done above the stock wheel well or not. I allways do it above the wheel well so u can run a 18" with a lo pro and not have a problem.

pathfinders wont need tubing for a bodydrop

This doesn't make since....... Its up to what size tires you are running on a pathfinder wheel. I've hit the firewall with 14" wheels without a body drop.

ok thanks alot phil i understand what your saying about doing it above the factory tubs i think i am going to have to do about 3 inches and roll the pinch molds under to get it to lay flat rocker and i have one more question.. it already lays frame and the ball joints have not been flipped will it benefit me in anyway to flip the ball joints on this mazda..?? thanks

your runnning like 195/50/15s,right? and the frame rails lay fine as is. Sounds right...flipping the ball joints would just rob you of lift.
