2 metal scrapers, a good friend, and a shit load of beer!
hit the nail on the head, i've sprayed cold low presure liners, and hot high preasure liners. don't matter what kind of liner you have. it all depends on the prep for the liner. so grab a chisel and a mallet, and get to work.

i used a grinder with one of thoes grinder disk's with the sand paper flaps on it, 40-grit. came out grate. but it took a long time to get it all.

On my truck I used the aircraft stripper then use the wire wheel to get up the rest. but mine was some paper thin rattle can stuff.

a razor knife and scraper, cut into 2 inch wide peices and peel. I had line-x and this worked for me.

idk if this work but i hurd if you drill a hole that you can fit a air blow tool tightly into and use the air it will lift up little by little idk if its true.

Catch it on fire, do not let it get too hot, use a scraper to take it down.

use a propane torch and scraper, keep it away from the gas tank, and scrap away, and dont put it too close to yer beer and ruin that too!.............. dis regard the ames audio website, it dont work now: (

just use li lbit of heat to loosin it up then scrape away at that shit.thats how i got some off a truck that i worked on.just duno wat brand it was though..but once i heat it up.it just peeled of realy.
