i have removed one once but it was a shitty one and it pulled out like a big rubber mat but this one is a harder one it might be ryno or something like that.... i thought of aircraft remover i have a gallon i can try????? p.s. the flame thrower would be bad ass to have

depends on the liner you have. some are cheap and peel up. mine was harder than hell. i had to take a flat wire brush on a grinder and grind mine out. stripper wouldn't work since my liner was gasoline and chemical resistant. mine peeled up in the corners once because of the primer i put under it. big mistake. i peeled out the loose part and had to grind out the rest and had it re-sprayed. an aggressive disc on an air-sander would work too.

like they said, it just depends on the type...i got a rhino (polyurathane), and ive removed some of it with a hammer and chisel, just need somethin to get under it....i spray a (polyuria) at work, and its harder than crap to remove..talkin like grinder or wire wheel...--if u do grind though, make sure to use a respirator cause it sucks breathin that crap
