Chevy 4.3 Oil Pan

Are there more than one style oil pan for the 4.3 motor. I have an 89 chevy with the 4.3 motor and I'm looking for the shortest oil pan if there is are more than 1 style.

are you wanting an aftermarket shortened oil pan? don't understand the question.

i think he wants to know if any stock vehicles have a shorter pan.. if you are staying TBI, you gotta section the pan or section the engine crossmember if you're trying to stay under stockhood with a BD.. if you go carb, it will stay under no problems. the intake on the TBI is very 'high'

veeps, measure the depth of yours, and Ill measure the depth of the one on my fullsize. Mine is probably bigger, but its worth a shot.
