i need some disks

i need some rear disk brakes for a old style ford big bearing 9" rear end. yep you say no problem just call bear, or willwood but i need them in a 5x5.5 inch bolt pattern for my 66 lincoln. or is there any rear disks that i can adapt to my 9 inch

im not 100% on this but my buddy has a lincoln rear thats a 9 inch and it has discs..but not sure on the bolt pattern ill talk to him today and see what he knows about it
