I have b 3,4 and 5 done I didnt take the paint one because one of the guys I work with told me it was mainly questions on laquer and that was before my time, then I found out it has been updated. Oh the funny thing is the other guy I work with has failed two of the tests (b4 and 5)twice and he has been doing it for three years longer than me and I passed my first try. Oh and congrats.

ase master for 6 years and mitsubishi diamond certified for 5 years but ive met some master techs that couldnt even figure out how to open a hood ,some people can pass a test but cant turn a wrench

i am ase cert a4,a5,a6,and a8 and toyta spin cert also soon to have all of them so i get more money

thanks..yeah the certification doesnt mean your a good mechanic..but it does mean you know a lil somethin..I'm also an I-CAR certified instructor..I-CAR is a pretty good system..any one getting the chance should take a class..theyre really helpfull...and every GM dealer that sells the new corvette must have at least one employee take an I-CAR class specifically on the car..
