The regulator isn't covered under any warranty. It's not really a high quality piece anyway. If you talk to your supplier(who you purchased it from) they may have one laying around or be willing to send it to Miller(they are pretty easy to deal with faulty regulators)
I would say if it is older than 6 months, I would just purchase a new one.

oops I take that back

1 year warranty on regulators(no labor)
basically it will probably cost you as much to send it in(and pay for it to come back) and labor to rebuild it
seems like a lot of trouble for a $60 regulator to me though

Its not the regulator on my tank. I didn't use the shitty one that came with it, I have a Victor on there, and thats not the problem. Its the one inside the welder that releases the gas into the liner. It randomly shuts off, sometimes for long periods of time.
