mounted mine between fuel filter and gas tank on the frame. tight fit but super clean and speed is fast for air. 1/2 copper lines..? to you jerry ? whats that straw looking line for?

There ASCO valves. 1/2 fills 3/8 dumps. I have 1/8 spacers in the dumps cause there so fast. I won't buy nothing but asco for now on. They are awesome. I've used smc before and these are way better and less expensive. I bent on because i hit it with a sledge on accident. It started leaking. So i took it apart and straightened everything out. Works like a charm. The straw like tubing is what my air line and wires are ran through. I strung all my ailine and wires through the line and then ran them. THis way I didn't have to worry about an airline or wire getting cut or leaking.

I have all of my valves mounted directly to my tank in the back under my bed. I have the tank in between the frame rails and the valves are all facing foward from that. I have never had any problems with my valves being "in the elements" but then again I don't live in some of the extreme conditions that other people do. I mean, I don't even drive my shit in the rain!!! The valves I am running though are from Slam Specialties and they are the best. They are the DSV valves, or Digital Stealth Valves, and they are dual acting. Meaning I can either use them with their 1/2 inch and have some crazy speed or I can flip a switch and use them as a .060 Direct Acting valve which makes it nice and slow. I usually use the slow part, because it get's more looks than just the loud popping , or whatever you call it, and it's not as hard on the truck. Good Luck!!

I mounted my rear valves right on top of the bags and put the front valves on my bar that runs from notch to notch. The rear is very fast obviously and before i got silencers when i would dump the rear it seriously sounded like a gun was going off and was funny as hell to scare people while rolling through a mall parking lot or pulling into a gas station haha
