im taking off my badges on my s-10. anyone know the best way to get that sticky gummy crap off that they use to hold the bagde on. i know theres some easy trick. please help!
I used goo gone and a hair dryer...may not be the best/easiest way, but it works...
If you are removing trim also, I would recommend an eraser wheel. You might can find them in an auto zone if lucky. It attaches to your drill.
Let the truck sit in the sun and let the badages warm up and it makes the glue easer to come off. You can roll it with your finger if its hot enough out if not you need either a eraser wheel wich is badass or goo gone and lots of elbow grease. Those are the two options.
3m stripe off wheel, you can but them a napa!!! they work awesome and last forever!!!
cool thanks guys. i improvised. hair dryer, and wd-40. came out alright, just need to buff it out now.
