thats what i have , they suck in the rain and are way to big,,, can the rim be milled to 19 and what tires can i run if they are milled

They cannot be milled because they are Forged Alloy wheels not Forged Aluminum.

The MHT 19.5s on the 01 Dodge truck they are made of some type of Forged Alloy and there is not enough material there to mill them to a 19".
