Shaved Handles and Clifford Keyless System

I am working on wiring up my door solenoids and can't seem to get the keyless entry system I have to work. I wired up a relay and connected it to my solenoid and the accessory wire on the system. Went through programming it and am having no luck. Does anybody on here have a Clifford G5 Model Arrow5 system on their truck?

how do you have the solinoid wired?

does the clifford need to be wired in negative output or positive output?
