shifting: steering col. to the floor?

How do i change the shifting on the steering col. to shift on the floor?

you can take your column apart where the shifter use to go or just buy a column from a manual truck, then you pickup a floor shifter, it comes with the cable you need.. you hook it up. its really easy.
