Weber 32/36 jet sizes for mazdawg...

So ok, i had a 38/38 but it was waaaay to big, so i got an old 32/36, well i swear the jet size is all wrong, what size jets should i use on it? im tired of hesitation and flooding, and sometimes, especially when its cold, you have to barly touch the gas or itl die. grrr...

P.S. I dont need power, i want maximum fuel eco and enough to where it dosent hesitate or die or flood on me.
