HELP!!!! bags wont wotk tried almost everything someone help me please!!!!!

yea the title pretty much said it all. the front of the truck wont life off the ground. the back works and i dont know what the problem. we tried taking off the fitting and checking the front valves and there gettting air just not lifting? checkfor air leaks and nothing. no air leaks any where and i have no idea what the hell to do can someone please help me

up the psi. run a nitrogen bottle to the front see if maybe its not getting enough.

did you mount the valve in the right direction? are you sure the lift valve is wired up right and you're really not hitting the dump on lift? how much psi when trying to lift? rear lifts with less psi then the front.

Have you just put bags on the truck? Are the solenoids opening and let air into the bags? If both solenoids are opening at the same time it will allow the air to excape. Just some ideas.

i've had the bags on for two years so everytthing is mounted in the right direction, and the psi is at 145 which has been fine for the truck ever since ive had it.

make sure you're compressor is building enough psi to lift the front. I bought a kit along time ago from AIM with a dc2000 compressor and had the same problem. I bought a dc7000 and it solved the problem. Also, make sure you're front lift valve is backwards and is also not sticking closed.

Pull the line out from the bag and pretend to air it. Does it have air come out? Troubleshooting start there

are you getting power to the valve? is the ground good? front back, or FBSS? switch box or mounted switches?

we pulled the line from the valve to the bag and it getting air and dumping it, it sucks my truck is sitting in some parking lot of a animal wellness center right now and i was there last night as well

sounds like the valves. by pass the front valves and go from there.
