bagging a 88 s-10

i have an 88 s-10 extended cab that im bagging and want to know do i have to modify or change my driveshaft.also i will lay frame on 20s and want to know do i have to replace my factory brake booster w/ a smaller one

driveshaft, no problems since its an x cab.

you will have to tub your firewall, bend your ac stuff out of the way and modify your blower motor box to move the motor up if you wanna kep it.

2 ways to do the front suspension.. both you will need spindles and the right sized cups.. here is where it differs.

u can do stock a-arms, but you'll have to cut the humps out of the bottom and notch the frame for the lca, and reangle the upper balljoin.

u can go g-body tubular uppers for 120 from ebay and PP balljoints for 30 each from SD and get some tubular lowers, or mod your stockers.

you will need to notch for the tie rods too on the frame and replate that.

you wont need a smaller booster unless you bodydrop it.. the stock 11" wont work, but some s-series came with a 9" stock, it will work.

nice uppers, the g bodies are just a good alternative and for less then 200 ytou have tubular uppers that will lay on 20's,

how much are those upppers james?

Thoughs are the first run mock ups of the arms we will be building.They look a little different now and come with long throw ball joints and energy suspention bushings.Uppers and lowers will run $500 and just the uppers will be $225.But That comes with everything.We will also offer eight piont bars in january.As of now you cannot buy these arms.When I get a run of ten sets I will put them on the market next month.

that's pretty cool, i'm a bit away from buying arms for my frame, i still gotta do crossmembers and fish plating.. but when i do i'll consider them.

will the lowers lay on 22's?

the arms are set up to lay on 22's are tig welded and are made of the finnest dom-cold rolled.bare in mind these pictures are of a mockup set from months ago and don't do the finished product any justice.When I am ready to sell them I will start a thread highlighting what websites to veiw them.Also like I said if you don't like the four point you might want to look at the eights.There my favorite.

i like the 4 points, but i think seeing 8 would be wicked.. got a pic of the 8's? i'm about to take possession of a nissan this week, you making arms for those? haha
