More than likely this bad boy right here.
Why is the panhard level laid out? They're supposed to be level at ride height.
It probably just looks level because of the bend.

It isn't level. See where the bar mounts on the frame? The bar has an initial bend there. That bend sets the radius path of the bar, and IT being on the up position actually pushes that axle to the RIGHT first, then it'll begin to pull LEFT after that bend levels out.
Same concept with people putting a bend on 2links or any time of link system. If you really wanted, you could set an initial bend on your 2link to where it will push the axle back when you lay it out.
