Aftermath of exploding air compressor

I have seen alot of stuff like that in the funeral business but I have never seen a compressor accident like that, damn that is bad.

A good reason to run a safey blow off valve at the tank. I'm putting one into my set up, though I don't see them never!
All shop / home compressors have them!

i run a blow off on my tanks just to keep stuff like that from happening.

yeah...where can i get a blow off for my tank?
