My old school Ford is diecast that i did awhile back. I got that thing from Walmart when I was like 12 and held onto it ever since. I got alot of the Jadatoys models, havent done heavy mods to them though, I just lay them out more cause there still too high right out of the box.

I sterted this one and never really finished

I went to the hobby shop and bought these little strips of plastic. looked just like scale 2x3 box tubing.Thats what i used for the frame, all except the front clip. I always used an exacto knife to cut things, I kept a candle burning and used it to heat up the knife to melt thru the plastic. worked awesome, really smoothe cuts.

Hobby shops have them, also ebay. They are more fun if you take them out of that packages, cars these days will be worht nothing thanks to mass production so you might as well enjoy them.
