4 runner bumper on a 2wd pickup advice?

my brother wants to put a 4 runner bumper on his 2wd pickup and i wanted to see what is involved. im going to pick up a bumper in a couple minutes but what all needs to be done? does it need to be cut to allow it to go back far enough? do the bumper brackets work the same?

you will need the brackets and 4wd fenders for everything to line up. there are 2 brackets that support the sides of the bumper also below the fenders you will need these also.
