anyone know what offset i need to keep my wheels tucking on a 89-99 fullsize? im sure its the same for all fullsizes. Also anyone have pictures of 20s on fullsizes with different tire sizes? i want something small but not a 30 series

the minimum backspacing I'd go on a 9.5" wide wheel would be 6", which is 19 offset.
