if it dosnt have the bags on them i believe you just make them like the link system in the back of trucks... all the radius arms do is keep the beam from moving front to back and pivoting thats why the stock arms are kinda shaped like a wishbone link. beef it up and you can probably get a bag in there.... but its kinda hard to stay away from the frame and the turning tires. to prevent rubbing.. and have the bag center on the bar cuz with all that weight it might twist or bend... unless its REALLY beefy...

so the front links either have to be a 4link or a wishbone 2link to keep the beam from pivoting.. Id use the stock spring bolt to mount the front of the link and link tabs or hanger in the back... if you can bend round 1.5" it could look really good...

ive seen it in person, it has a paraell 4 link on the front.

Here is one that has almost like a 2 link setup on the front.
