The best thing I have seen about wyotech is the rate of job placement after graduating. But as far as the auto repair side goes, i've seen more than enough wyotech grads that are inept at basic task. Thats probably why it has the nickname I-dont-know-tech. You don't get 20 grand worth of knowledge.

i've heard from some locals that wyoech is a waste.. they learned more at OSU Technology.

but i'll say this like i tell other ppl.. you can be taught to do something, but it takes a born gift to be a fabricator and welder.. you can be taught all day.

nadc is in the ghetto but whyotech is in the middle of nowhere at least the one in wyoming its been a few years since ive been there bur im guesing nothing has changed uti has high performance classes and they have a auto body program in texas but havent heard much about it my best advice is by a beater some welders and start practicing you can take auto body welding and auto mechanics in community college also some have industrial hydraulics and pneumatics you may learn a thing or 2 in these classes

im going to community college for auto tech. and ive looked at most of the big schools and did tours and everything like that and for me i would rather have the extra cash in my pocket you`ll learn mostly the same stuff and if you pick the right community college they have great job placement also. its 100% where i go for the graduates
