I did it to get rid of the platic on top of the bed rail and the gas door. I kept some of the original bed side because its only a 5and half foot bed and the side I use was off a regular short bed. Chevy dont make a 5 and a half foot bed without plastic bed rails. And I needed a new bed side because of an accident so i figured id get rid of it.

This is a fucking FIBERGLASS CAR that he DRILLED HOLES INTO THE BODY and then PAINTED it to make it look rusty.

there's a write up about it in rodding journal i believe... or something like that last month. he took the time to affix metal pannels to the bottom of the door, and then media blast them, skuff 'em, and make them rust, just so he could be a "RAT RODDER"...
because he didn't have the "TIME" to find a real hot rod with a history, he made one up. It's fucking weak.
