how to take apart 2006 f150 dash

I'm trying to get my cd player out of my 2006 f150 and i really don't wanna just pull on stuff and see what happens, anyone take of of those things apart and lived to tell about it?

the center bexel is all pop pins just start at the to and work you way down just be carefull

i would use a jack hammer or maybe even a tire iron
