i have a miller 175. like everyone has said 10000times. Get a 220 and dont use a 110 on frames or anything heavy gauge.

Miller 210 is worth every penny use mine for everything....

I used to use one at work, couldn't get it to weld sheetmetal for shit, wouldnt burn cold enough. Lol.

Like someone mentioned, if you use .023 wire it works fine.I have a set of .023 drive rolls and a small spool or .023 wire for sheet metal. On that machine it takes about 2 minutes to switch them both out.If you check the specs on Millerwelds.com you see both have the same "minimal amperage"30ampst

im a union welder.....use a 220 for frame trust me...i use a millermatic 210 at work for 1/4 it is amazing. i have one at home for chassis work too. 110 may hold up (not for long if it even does penetrate) but it will look like shit.

miller 210 or lincoln 215, go to linde in lakeland where action welding used to be by PCC. those guys are cool as shit and they will give you a good deal. The lincoln is a little cheaper and has some cool options, bought one today.

i have a esab multimaster 260 that i use for frame and suspension work and a cambell hausfield mig flux 105 for sheet metal. but really anything from esab miller, lincoln or hobart are quality machines just get a 220v. unless you are doing NOTHING but sheet metal then a 120v will be fine

we notched my zu with a miller 130 and those are probaly the cleaniest welds on the whole set up lol we used a licolon 175(which i did not like at al because it seamed t have a mind of its own) and a miller 220 wich i loved but those weld in m opinion were not as clean as the 130's .....its all in you skill level and you have to go a lil slower to brn the weld real good for penatration
