good welder deal?

i have a chance to buy a welder for $1500, tell me if its a good deal. its a millermatic 210, a year and a half old, its had one roll of wire ran through it. it includes a miller 3035 spoolgun, two big rolls of steel wire, most of a roll of aluminum wire for the spoolgun, wheels, dual bottle rack, extra tips and nozzles, and two full bottles. it has dual silenoids and regulators so you dont have to switch anything to weld aluminum. what do you think?
