fuel cell ?

Does anyone know of a good place to have an aluminum fuel cell built to spec? I have a custom built fuel cell made out of cold roll steel but the sealer that was used on the inside of the tank keeps flaking off and I think that it

any well respected welding shop that deals with aluminum a good one would be a shop that repairs die casts they usally have the best welders

i can make you one out of alumina sorry cant spell tonite any how im a tig welder and i can make you one off your blue prints but its not going to be cheap i get 45 dollars an hour for fab work

plus materials rough guess would be about 600.00 dollars but it would be exatly what you want and psi tested and ill even warenty it if it leakes

yes thats what i would do. have your tank dipped to get it all nice and clean. or cut one side open, sand blast the poop out of it, weld it back up, then use the sealer he was talkin about above. i have used it, i cant remember the name, but its a 3 part system, and works great, just goto a motorcycle shop, or look online

hey guys i got a quick fuel cell question too. if i buy a fuel cell can i use my factory fuel pump or do i buy a new one and also is the fuel gauge still gonna work with a fuel cell?
