never done an isuzu, but i am kinda familiar w/ toyota... u kinda need to do some measuring before anyone can tell you what kind of backspacing you need.. i know what a toyota is stock, but who knows where the axles/hubs sit on the suzu.. gimme some measurements and we'll all have a better idea.. how far from the hub to fender, how far from axle to bed-side.

The new minitruckin mag has an article on backspacing I believe. Im running 18s and 42mm offset on fwd wheels.

well, problem is, the truck's 2 hours away. so i was kind of hoping there'd be a general measurement most people go by as to what fits. if there's not, i fully understand of course. probaly gonna ride on stocks til after slamfest, then start looking for wheels.

well if it helps you out any, a narrowed my rear axle and have a 38mm offset in the rear and i built all new equal lenght upper and lowers up front that were shortened 1 1/2 inches and i have an 18mm offset up front.. 03 tacoma.. the higher the number, 35-45 means the wheel is gonna sit in closer to the hub.. the lower number 15-30 means the wheel is gonna sit out farther and farther as the number goes down. my 18mm fronts look like they have a built in 2" spacer on them. they stick WAY out from the hub. so use that as a guide.. if you think the hubs/axle is close to the body, go with a higher number, 30-35-40.. whatever.. but if you have plenty or room, go wide wheels and do a normal offset..

Your truck looks pimp, lower that motor and get it under the hood and it will be 20x better!
