1st Gen S10 BD...help

do i need to buy new linkage then?

just unbolt it from the steering box right now, ive had that hold me up on a couple of trucks.

so if i unbolt it, and it frees it up and drops down, will it bolt back up? Or will there be to much stress on it?

thanks for the help, any other suggestions? Anybody else run into this?

it will bolt back up but it will click b/c it will be shoved too deep into it.

you can either crush it which isnt the safest but ppl dont have problems, or raise your column mount at the firewall up some.
