how low?

ok i am going to lower my daily ranger on 17s but i'm not sure whether i should do a 3/4 or 5/5 or what. This is how i want mine to sit, just like this. This ranger has 18s on it. Anybody have any idea what kind of drop this looks like? how many inches?

matt i think that one is bagged, just doesnt lay frame. looks like its just resting on the inner fenders,

best place to go for info on rangers is rangerpowersport.com or something like that. i hear people talking about it all the time. im sure they could tell you what drop any ranger has on it and the best way to go about getting what your looking for

to me that looks like a 5/7 which is plenty low for a daily

you dont want to go more than 5 in front (unless bagged of course)
that causes the alignment to be out of whack and not really fixable.

I would start with a 4/6
Beams and lowered coils on front.
Flip kit, lowered leafs and reverse shackles will getter done.
Bag it and be done with it.

i had a 3/4 on my 95 back in the day. liked it at first but eventually of course i wished i woulda went lower.

if you ahve a true splash, a 3/4 kit will yield a 4/5.5 since its factory lowered 1/1.5 i had a 5/6 on my ranger back in teh day w/ a 205/40 17 and it the axle on the frame all the time but did drag over speed bumps just remember if you go down to far, the beam will hit the rubber bump stop in teh front and ride like poo. mine was close, but didnt. also youll have to get longer sway bar endlinks(4x4 ones work perfently)

wow its ben a minute since i talked about a static drop on a ranger! also get the djm kit its the best out there. mine personally was a djm 3/4 kit w/ belltech 2 in drop coils added and a 2 in block added.also if you truck needs balljoints, when you put the drop on woudl be the itme to do it but its not nessacary since there pressed in teh spindle(un like mine were there in the beam dam 83-88 beams lol)
