^^^ matt i'd have to say it was more of a death trap before it went to autocore. after looking at the pictures myself yeah it looks pretty bad but for some reason the bed doesnt look as horrible as u all say it does in person. i guess its easy to say "that can't be fixed" judging by a picture.

shack wasnt sayin it was a deathtrap ... i honestly didnt even look at anything past the messed up body from draggin to much.....did remember seeing something in the thread bout autocore redoing it already.... and everything ive seen from those guys is good work.
Honestly id forget even bothering with the bed .... ive never seen a pic of something in bad shape and it be better in person.... you'll be much better off trashing the bed completely and starting over ...less headaches in the end and less money paid out per man hour it cost to fix it than it would be to start fresh.
I just think its a shame myself....could be a clean truck as it sits without the thrashed body

wow ive never seen someone ruin the bed of a truck like that. All i can say is good luck getting respect from anyone who respects a clean ride. Ive had trucks and Ive dragged them, Ive been through frames and Ive ruined roll pans but you have destroy anything nice there was to that truck. It looked great prior to dragging the rear quarter panels. Good job kurt.

well if it was meant to drag then who cares that it looks like a peice...it drags 360 degrees of body..lol if you want a show truck then you dont body it that much...imo

that's the reason i have always said anything more than rockered is too much.
it has nothing to do with ebing more than rockered, it has to do with no plating under the door or bed, my truck is 1/4 plated everywhere and it holds together like a brand new truck, doesnt ever cross my mind that it could look like that, so dont be skurred, if you do it right it will be fine. im all about perfect bed gaps, door and fender liines,etc.,,,
