Dash light color

This may be a stupid question but i hate the green color of the lights in my instrument panel in my 90 ranger, i was wondering if the bulbs were the green color or if the panel is green? i would like to change it to blue, anyone have any suggestions

its the actual face its self. you could get some white faced gauges, tehy come in blue or red.
