Well speaking of TP I have wanted to see the excursion redone. The website said they were redoing it after they got it back from the guy who commissioned the build. I love that thing and was looking forward to them redoing it but I guess not.

my favorite truck that was never finished wasn't one that had any national appeal, it was just a friends ride we worked on in high school. I originally found the truck through my neighbor as a southern no rust 2 door 2wheel drive Blazer. He rolled it in high school with a good drop, phantom grill, and some low pro 15's, and then we tore into it. The plans got bigger and bigger.. more stuff got tossed to make way for bigger and better thing. Doors got shaved, the floor got cut out. A back half was built. The taillights and roll pan were shaved up. A fullsize bumper was chopped down and smoothed up. This thing got all the way to having motor mounts mocked up for a small block and then the frame got painted. This pic was shortly after that point.
unfortunately it never made it any farther. It sat around under a tarp for awhile behind the barn, then it moved to another spot. Parts got sold off it.. first the grill.. then the bumper... then the doors.. and the 4 link.. eventually i think what was left of the body got scrapped out. bummer.
The one that bums me out the most though was the truck that got me into minitrucks in the first place.. it was a round nose grilled old body style Ranger. It got cut apart for a body drop and air. The roof got cut off to be roadstered. It never went any farther. The airbags ended up on my s-10 and most of the metal off that truck went to the scrapper after a few years.

I like Marlon's Doored Frontier, I hope it stays the way it is, i love the look of it, its strait up cool. I actually heard it has new paint on it, anyone got any pics

Miles claims it will never be finished enough to paint, so I think it qualifies.
