How much should I pay???

I found a 94 Toyota 2wd. Short cab 4 cyl. Automatic with 148000 miles. Has an oil leak, but obviously I would be tearing the truck apart, so should that make a difference to me? The air doesn't work, but there again that really doesn't matter. Body is in good shape. I know it's a broad question without any of you seeing the truck, but from the basic description, how much would you pay for it????

1000-1500 depends on how clean it is

well you see theres a conflict here because its a toyota so the miles dont matter anyway but if i was buying the truck i wouldnt overlook the things that were broken id tell them a bottom dollar price i dont care if the rest of the truck is perfect but my top dollar would be about 1300 if you find one at auction you could probably pick it up for 300 though
