anybody know this truck

Seen a nice lookin 02ish 2-toned orange/white with some 19.5's. Had Missouri plates, just lookin for pics and possibly whats done for suspension.

I have never seen it but I likes your Regal! I gots two Turbo Regals myself!

I wish I could find out more on that truck, I'd like to do something like that height on a newer truck. Any idears?
