ok, I have a 05 chevy Reg. cab, it has drum brakes. I bought a complete rear end out of a 02 chevy truck that had disc brakes. my question to you is, is it a direct bolt in swap, or do i need to change the booster or add a proportioning valve? and ideas.

Nope just bolts right on.

everything will bolt rite up but you need to go to the parts store and buy a brake master cylinder a four wheel disc setup its got a higher pressure piston setup for when you depress the brakes
