I know for sure someone makes a mounting bracket for the 4.3...not sure who...and as far as I know they work really well..be warned that some of em have some maintenance requirements tho....oiling, etc....

They work great. Screw electric comps. Never again will I own one. Check airlift and onboardair.com they should be able to get you what you need.

check with wwww.gravity-werx.com they sell a kit for your blazer i believe that will bolt the edc right up. they sell the edc also. and i do believe u need to keep them oiled good like Shane said, everybody i know that has one says its the best comp they've ever had and will never go back to electric.

Engine drivens work great, thats all we use around here. the cheapest way to do it would be to go to a junkyard and try tto find a york 210 out a a volvo, jeep, or a ford. Then make a bracket to mount it to your engine then get the pully and a belt. But depending on space, and by the sounds of thing u have a 4.3 liter so u might be tight for space u may be better off buying a kit, i know suicide Doors make a kit, but they are rather expensive, but worth it. As for the maintenece Question there isn't a whole lot, all u need to do is top off the oil like once every 6 months, thats aboot it. Good luck
