wrong it will go through a liner, the guys up there at that rv shop that we had the drag session at use their 175 with aluminum wire on occasion. you just have to have the lead straight as an arrow. if you are going to be doing it alot, i would recommend the spool gun though :/

yea see how many times are you gona weld w/ a strait lead. plus changin the big spool in side versus just plugging in the other gun hmm.

I have a Miller 210...but no spool gun right yet. I love the welder. I works great.

ya no joke how often is someone welding ever with a straight lead?never...i use the 210 with miller spoolmatic fun and it works good..no comparison to tig welding but if u know what your doing it can look real good just more of a fillet weld than the small fillet a tig weld presents.I build truss's for staging so its super important for looks and strength.
