Automatic water traps

I'm not sure but has any seen or does anyone have an automatic water trap. I guess it drains itself?

nope, as far as i know

i`ve herd of them on semi`s but i`ve never seen one on a cutom setup

Probably cost too much to worry about anyway.. Could always get a 1/4" valve for the bottom of the tank as a tank drain though.. if your tanks mounted in a weird position.

i know SMC has some but i don't know who has them in stock.

if smc carries it like kool laid said then i can get it for you, give me a call and i can check it out.

i really like the 1/4 inch valve idea, but wouldn't it get all fucked up and stick from all the water and in some cases oil from the compressor?

Parker has one in metal and plastic bowl.

my coalescing filter has an automatic drain in it but it sucks. When it fills with oil from my edc the drain sticks open and it won't fill my tank more than 120 psi which doesn't work so well when I need 140 to drive and i am stuck in the middle of the road. I plan on taking it out of there and makeing some sort of fitting to be able to put a small ball valve on it.
