Problem ordering from suicide doors

I've tried to order something from them twice in the last 2 weeks. Everytime the order goes through but i check a couple days later and it's pretty much like i never ordered anything. I've called suicide doors and left a message and they never called me back. And tried to email them as well. same result.

But i guess I'll try and order over the phone tomorrow. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem

i had a similar problem but all i had to do was call em and they got it all straitened out
