Whats the correct angle to mount your engine? Correct Pinion angle?

Whats the correct angle to mount your motor and tranny at? And whats the correct pinion angle?

motor and tranny mounted, pinion angle should be 2degrees positive.

I've read on numerous sites that the carb base should be zero and tanny should be aprox 2 to 3 degrees

I always thought motors were at a 7 degree.

Ive heard 2-3 and also ive heard 5-6. When they were doin mikes toyota in minitruckin they said, 5-6 on the motor.

on the intake flange on top it should be 0 which will give your motor about a 3 degree down slant twords the back.

heard 5 degrees..

....but if u are bagged it can be less...cause if u drive w/ the front up more then the back the oil will get to the pump fine...

if ya put the carb base ( assuming your running a carb'd motor) at zero i think the actual engine is about 3 derees. but the carb base is zero.

Im running a fuel injected motor. What if i put a degree level on the valve covers would i be able to use that degree as the overall engine degree?

Anyone know for sure? I think im gunna mount it at 2 or 3 Degrees
